Registration Fee

Early-bird (by July 15, July 31, 2023):

•  Regular: 50,000 JPY / Student: 20,000 JPY

• Additional banquet ticket for accompanying person: 10,000 JPY

Note: Additional banquet tickets for accompanying persons can only be purchased during the early-bird registration term and will not be available after July 5th, 2023.

Late (from July 16, August 1, 2023) / Onsite:

• Regular: 80,000 JPY / Student: 30,000 JPY

Registration fee includes:

• attending all the technical sessions

• one abstract book in an electronic pdf form

• coffee breaks

• symposium banquet with meals and drinks (registrant only, and accompanying persons need additional tickets)

Method of payment:

• credit card (VISA, MasterCard only): online payment site.

• if you cannot pay by credit card, email the Chief Secretary (teratech2023-secretariat@grp.tohoku.ac.jp) for information about an alternative method of payment.

Refund:

• if you would like to cancel your registration before August 1st, 2023, you will be refunded the amount of your payment deducted by the administration charge of 5,000 JPY.

• no refunds are granted after August 1st, 2023.

• all refunds will be made after the symposium.
